All Wilde Mode products are handmade to order, so please allow 4-6 weeks for production.
In seasonal times, this may be anywhere from 1 week in quieter periods, and up to 6 weeks at Christmas, so please order early to avoid disappointment.

We make everything to order, and underwear/Swimwear is classed as intimate clothing — for hygiene and sustainability reasons, returns on intimates aren't accepted unless faulty. We appreciate your understanding.
Yes! Wilde Mode ships worldwide. Whether you’re in Europe, the USA, Australia, or beyond — we’ll deliver your handmade or partner-fulfilled items with care.
Not always. Some of our products — especially t-shirts, swimwear, or accessories — are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners outside the UK. If your order includes both handmade and third-party items, they may arrive separately.
Depending on your country’s import laws, you may be charged customs fees, VAT, or other duties upon delivery. This is especially common for orders delivered outside the UK and for items shipped from our third-party partners.
These charges are set by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, Wilde Mode has no control over these fees.
How Can I Tell Which Items Might Be Subject to Fees?
If your item is not handmade in our Scottish studio, it may be fulfilled by one of our third-party partners. We clearly note this on all relevant product listings — look for a line like:
"Please note, this item is fulfilled by a trusted third-party partner outside the UK."
